Serious heart damage with reduced life expectation: approximately £50,000 to £75,000 depending on age of victim

Lungs

Loss of one lung: approximately £50,000 to £75,000 depending on age of victim and health of remaining lung

Lung cancer or other terminal disease such as asbestosis: approximately £50,000 to £75,000

Permanent significant damage to both lungs and/or permanent significant breathing problems: approximately £30,000

Permanent but minor lung damage and/or breathing problems: approximately £15,000 to £20,000

Temporary lung damage and/or breathing problems: approximately £2,000 to £10,000

Kidneys

Loss of or loss of functional use of both kidneys: approximately £100,000

Loss of or loss of functional use of one kidney: approximately £25,000

Digestive Tract

Temporary injury, the initial symptoms for which require medical treatment and which resolve over several months: approximately £2,500 to £10,000.00

Temporary injury which recovers over a period of days or a few weeks: approximately £1,500.00

Food poisoning where the initial symptoms require medical treatment and which resolve over several months: approximately £2,500 to £10,000.00

Food poisoning where recovery occurs over a period of days or a few weeks: approximately £1,500.00

Bladder

Total loss or total loss of functional use of bladder: approximately £75,000

Permanent and serious bladder problems: approximately £40,000

Temporary but serious bladder problems: approximately £5,000 to £15,000

Sex Organs

Loss of or loss of function of sex organs. Anything from approximately £15,000 to approximately £125,000 depending on the age of the victim, ongoing symptoms, scars, and, most particularly, the likelihood of the loss of parenthood or of having further children.

Hernia

Leading to permanent disability: approximately £17,5000

Leading to permanent ongoing symptoms: approximately £10,000

Recovery with no ongoing symptoms £5,000
